Now they’re ravaging most of East Africa, and there’s no sign of them stopping anytime soon.Locusts of biblical proportions — estimated as high as 360 billion — are destroying crops and farmlands throughout Africa in places where food insecurity is already high, with the possibility of leaving millions starving.
