Monday, March 17 2025, will start the new edition of “THE - High-tech Entrepreneurship”, the course coordinated by Andrea Piccaluga and Alberto Di Minin, professors at the Institute of Management at Scuola Superiore Sant Anna. The course aims to equip participants with the key knowledge and skills needed to transform innovative ideas into successful business models. It is a comprehensive program for high-tech entrepreneurship, open to all research fields.The HTE course is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in the following areas:Intellectual property protection and patentsUniversity-industry collaborations and commissioned researchStarting a new business and innovative start-upsCommercializing high-tech inventionsBusiness planning and developing business modelsFrom theory to practice: creating a start-up proposalThrough an interactive and workshop-based approach, participants will gain the tools needed to develop a start-up proposal and a complete business plan for their entrepreneurial idea. These can then be used to apply for competitive initiatives such as Start Cup Toscana.The course consists of 5 lectures for a total amount of 10 hours lesson, which will be held in person at Scuola Superiore Sant Anna from March 17 to April 9, 2025. It is primarily aimed at students from universities that are part of the JOTTO network and the EELISA network but is also open to those from other universities and research centers.
